Our daily bread from the word of God is the most important food we can consume. Our day should start with prayer and always reading the Scripture. Martin Luther reportedly said that it takes the way and then storms to make the mighty Oak tree. the inspiration of today will not suffice for tomorrow like the manna from God up in heaven that he supplied to the children of Israel in their wilderness wander far 40 years until they reached the promised land. I must write what is on my heart today and tomorrow there will be new inspiration. The daily message to live right and to eat right for long life, for health and for happiness having peace with God almighty in one’s soul. There is no other way. God is the only way, make the best of it. Christ said that the greatest commandment of all is to love one another.

On NBC nightly news a report was given on the entire store bought vitamins that is estimated to be as high as $50 billion per year. The question was asked if one needs the supplements. The answer is complicated. I believe the 84 minerals are the most important especially magnesium, copper, zinc, selenium, sulfur and a combination of all the minerals in trace amounts. They now say that one can get too much even of vitamin C. There are 12 vitamins and most of them should be in food we eat. Much of our food today is deprived of the vitamins and minerals we need due to the soil depletion. Modern agriculture does not allow for land rest and renewal. I am taking water of life combination from water oz in Idaho because I believe their product is natural size particles that will into the bloodstream and not react on the body. There are many products on the store shelves that I believe could cause damage if taken.

Today is sad because it is the 30^th anniversary of the first state to legalize abortion. Today 30 years ago and three years before the Supreme Court over ruled all state laws against abortion of the living and unborn babies. In a vote of 7 men the High Court , stuck down the laws of 49 states that make it a crime of murder to kill an unborn baby. Today, over 30 million innocent babies have died since 1973.
